Not only is ULTEM 9085 an extreme polymer with exceptional heat resistance, chemical resistance, UL 94 V-0 rating and extreme strength to weight ratio, we can also insert continuous strands of high-temp carbon fiber, increasing the strength even more. ULTEM 9085 is the perfect material for our customers in demanding industries, such as, automotive, aerospace and jigs and fixtures for manufacturing processes and machinery.
